Trust & Estate Document Reviews

Does your trust still say what you intend?

Life changes. Laws change. Families change. A trust drafted years ago may no longer reflect your wishes, your assets, or the people in your life. Our review walks through your existing documents with you so you understand, in plain language, what they currently provide.

A page-by-page walkthrough of your trust, will, and related documents.

A plain-language summary of who is named, what they receive, and when.

A list of questions and potential gaps to raise with your estate planning attorney.

Coordination with your attorney and tax professional if updates are needed.

Our reviews are educational. Peak American Life Insurance Services does not draft legal documents and does not provide legal advice; document changes are always made by a qualified attorney.

Service Two

Fixed Indexed Annuities

Contractual tools for long-term retirement needs.

A fixed indexed annuity is a long-term insurance contract between you and an insurance company. Used appropriately, it can provide tax-deferred growth potential, protection from index losses, and income that continues for life under the terms of the contract, without depending on market performance.

Fixed indexed annuities credit interest linked to the movement of a market index, subject to caps, participation rates, and spreads, with a contractual floor against index losses.

Optional income riders can turn contract value into a stream of payments designed to continue for life under the terms of the contract, generally at additional cost.

A focused approach: we offer fixed indexed annuities only. We do not offer variable annuities or securities of any kind.

Annuities involve trade-offs. Surrender periods limit access to your money, optional riders carry additional cost, and guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. We will always walk you through the limitations as carefully as the benefits.

Service Three

Life Insurance

Protection for your family and the legacy you intend.

Life insurance remains one of the most direct ways to protect the people who depend on you. The right structure depends on your goals: replacing income, covering final expenses, equalizing an inheritance, funding a trust, or protecting a business.

Term life provides coverage for a defined period at a generally lower cost.

Permanent life is designed to last a lifetime and may build cash value, subject to policy charges.

Legacy and trust strategies that coordinate a policy with your estate documents and beneficiary designations.

Coverage is subject to underwriting and policy terms. Guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Policy loans and withdrawals reduce cash value and death benefits and may have tax consequences.
